Plastiblends India Limited has announced a board meeting on July 15, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The 34th AGM is scheduled on the same day via video conferencing.

The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.50 per share (50%) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval.

The record date for dividend entitlement is July 8, 2025, with payment on or before August 14, 2025. Remote e-voting is open from July 12 to 14, 2025, for shareholders holding shares on the record date.
