Centenial Surgical Suture Ltd. has announced a board meeting to approve the re-appointment of Shri Vijay Majrekar as Managing Director and CEO for three years, effective October 1, 2025. With over 36 years of industry experience, he has been instrumental in the company’s growth and operational leadership since 1996. Majrekar’s expertise spans production, marketing, finance, product development, and regulatory compliance, driving CENTENIAL’s strong presence across India.

He holds over 8.25 lakh shares and continues contributing to the company’s strategic and operational expansion.

The re-appointment awaits shareholder approval.
