Konndor Industries Limited has announced a board meeting.

The Board accepted resignations of four key personnel: Mr. Shashikant Thakar (Director) citing health and age-related reasons, Mr. Sanjay Gupta (Whole Time Director) due to aging, Mr. Udit Vora (Company Secretary) for better prospects, and Mr. Meet Thakkar (Independent Director) for personal reasons.

The Board appointed Ms. Sarita Ahire as Whole Time Director, bringing strong expertise in cloud infrastructure and systems engineering, and Mr. Vigil Rodrigues as Chief Financial Officer, experienced in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.

The directors’ report and notice for the 42nd Annual General Meeting were also approved.
