Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited has announced a board meeting on the re-development of a residential project in the Dadar/Prabhadevi area, covering about 31,000 sq. ft.

The upcoming luxury sea- and city-facing project is expected to generate revenue of Rs. 80 Cr and is strategically located near Shivaji Park and key amenities, offering strong connectivity.

This marks Meghna Infracon’s expansion into South Mumbai, complementing its existing developments in Goregaon and Andheri, and aligns with its focus on growing aspirational real estate markets.
