Metro Brands has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Metro Brands has entered into a long-term exclusive distribution agreement with C. & J. Clark International Limited and Clarks India Services Pvt Ltd for distribution and sale of Clarks products across India and neighboring countries, including Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, and Sri Lanka.

The agreement covers all distribution channels like retail (mono- and multi-brand), e-commerce, wholesale, travel retail, duty-free, digital platforms, and institutional sales.

This partnership strengthens Metro Brands' footprint in premium footwear and accessories, enhancing growth avenues in India and adjacent markets.
