Shradha AI Technologies Limited has announced that the Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mumbai, has approved the merger between Zenith Commotrade Private Limited and Femina Infrastructures Private Limited, both part of its Promoter Group.

Following this, 28,92,315 equity shares (4.75% stake) held by Zenith Commotrade will transfer to Femina Infrastructures.

This consolidation within the Promoter Group streamlines shareholding and could impact future governance and control dynamics for shareholders.
