Continental Petroleums Limited has announced a board meeting.

The company has agreed to acquire 24,999 equity shares (50% stake) of Unique Techno Associates Private Limited for Rs 7.15 Crores in cash, increasing its holding in the target to 88.2% post share swap.

Unique Techno is an export-focused lubricant and grease manufacturer based in Dahej SEZ, Gujarat, with turnover around Rs 6 Cr in FY25. This acquisition aims to expand Continental’s manufacturing capabilities and export markets, contributing to both revenue and profit growth.
