Key appointments include Mahendra Khandelwal & Co. as Secretarial Auditor and S. Bafna & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-2026. The company has authorized entering into a loan agreement with an equity conversion option.

Standalone profit rose to ₹14.02 lakh (1.15 EPS) for the year, compared to a loss in the prior year.

On a consolidated basis, profit stood at ₹26.78 lakh (2.64 EPS), reflecting improved operational performance and tighter expense management.

Auditors issued an unmodified opinion.
