Doodeswara Kanaka Durgarao Chalavadi, part of the promoter group of Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Limited, has transferred 57,78,955 equity shares via off-market transfer to M/s SSKL Family Trust, also within the promoter group.

This transaction reduces his shareholding from 3.77% to zero.
