Orient Cement has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company is reminding shareholders to claim unpaid/unclaimed dividends for the past seven years; otherwise, the underlying shares will be compulsorily transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders must submit claims before the specified deadline to avoid transfer of shares.

Orient Cement will initiate necessary share transfers for unclaimed dividends, with shares held in demat or physical form being processed accordingly.

Claims on dividends already transferred to IEPF require application to the IEPF Authority.
