ChiefMinisterVishnuDeoSai,alongwith AssemblySpeakerRamanSinghandhiscabinet colleagues,wasalsopresentonthe occasion.ShahsaidthattheNFSUcampuswould beestablishedatacostof~145croreandCFSL facilityat~123crore,withatotalinvestmentof ~268crore.
AspokespersonoftheChhattisgarh governmentsaidaninitialamountof~130crore eachhasbeensanctionedfortheconstru- ctionofbuildingsofboththeinstitutes inthecampus.

Afterhavingsuccessfullyhelmedthe constructionofRajasthan’sfirstplug& playfacility,RajasthanStateIndustrial DevelopmentandInvestmentCorpor- ationLimited(RIICO)hasnowsetits focusonearlyallotmentoftheco-indus- trialspacesatSitapuratoMSMEsand lightmanufacturingindustries.
Currently,seniorofficialsatRIICO areconsideringthreeallotment options—fixedmonthlyrent,fixedlease premium(long-termandshort-term) andleasebasise-auction,the officialsaid.
Hepointedoutthatofficialsarealso studyingtheallotmentmodelsadopted byotherstatesforallotmentintheir respectiveplug-and-playfacilities,such asUttarPradesh,TamilNadu,and Telangana.“Theleaseperiodunder RIICO’sconsiderationisforaminimum of30years.Itisalsoconsideringinsert- ingprovisionsforfurtherextensionof theleaseperiod,”hesaid.
