Pte.

Ltd., and Exponentia Ventures Holdings Limited.

In this regard, this is to inform you that the subscription of the Subscription Securities by the Company, as agreed under the aforesaid SSA, has been completed on 24 June 2025. The above disclosure is also available on the website of the Company - www.omnitex.com.
