Record Date

Hitech Corporation Limited has announced a board meeting to declare the financial results for the quarter and half-year ending March 31, 2025. The company has fixed July 18, 2025, as the record date for the entitlement of a final dividend of Re.

1.00 per share (10% on Rs.10 face value), payable after the AGM on July 24, 2025. July 18 is also set as the cut-off date for voting eligibility at the AGM.
