Uravi Defence & Technology Ltd has announced a board meeting on Spafax International Holdings Ltd acquisition.

The company acquired 100% stake in UK-based Spafax through its subsidiary Bharat Technology Ltd, aiming to expand its footprint in UK and EU defence markets.

Spafax’s patented unbreakable mirror technology and advanced camera systems strengthen Uravi’s offerings in defence and automotive safety.

The acquisition supports entry into NATO and US defence supply chains and enables R&D in the UK.

This deal complements Uravi’s strategy with SKL India Pvt Ltd to boost production and exports amid improved trade ties between India and the UK.
