Suratwwala Business Group has announced a board meeting on which appointed Mr. Shailesh Kasegoankar as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director on the board of its material subsidiary, Suratwwala Natural Energy Resource Private Limited.

Mr. Kasegoankar brings 25 years of experience in architectural design and project management across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

His term will be for three years, subject to shareholder approval.

Neither promoters nor related parties have any interest in this appointment.
