Record Date

Happy Forgings has announced a board meeting on July 29, 2025, for the payment of a final dividend of Rs. 3 per share for FY 2024-25. The record date is July 22, 2025; shareholders holding shares in physical or electronic form by this date will be eligible for the dividend payout within 30 days of the AGM.

Remote e-voting for the AGM will open on July 26 and close on July 28, with the book closure from July 23 to 29.
