The company, with over 39 years in real estate, continues to focus on redevelopment projects across Mumbai and Goa, holding 15+ lakh sq ft under construction.

Key ongoing projects include Sumit KMR Param (Borivali West) and Sumit Star Exclusif (Bhayandar), progressing well with slab completion stages.

FY25 saw total income of ₹144.03 Cr, EBITDA of ₹26.45 Cr, and net profit of ₹10.94 Cr, reflecting stable profitability and reduced borrowings by 46.5%. The firm emphasizes sustainable, eco-friendly urban developments and an asset-light, partnership-driven growth model.
