Nukleus Office Solutions Limited has announced a Co-Branding and Co-Management Agreement with Qdesq Realtech Private Limited for a co-working centre in Gurgaon.

Nukleus will receive 80% of the gross revenue from the centre, with Qdesq retaining 20% and guaranteeing a minimum payout.

The agreement, effective immediately, lasts for two years with an option to renew.

This partnership allows Nukleus to expand its presence in managed office spaces and benefit from recurring revenue without acquiring any stake in Qdesq.
