The lease starts August 1, 2025, with rent payable from February 1, 2026. This move supports the company’s operational expansion by securing managed office space.

The lessor is an unrelated party, and the arrangement involves monthly rent and a refundable security deposit.

This leasing agreement reflects Nukleus’s focus on scaling its workspace capabilities to support business growth.
