Purohit Construction Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the appointment of Ms. Dhwani Jaspalsinh Solanki as an Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Ms. Solanki is a qualified Company Secretary with over 10 years of experience in statutory compliance, accounting, secretarial work, internal audit, and regulatory matters related to RBI and foreign exchange laws.

She has no familial relationship with existing directors and is clear of any regulatory restrictions on holding directorship.

This appointment strengthens the company’s governance and compliance capabilities.
