ASK Automotive has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

ASK Automotive has entered into a joint venture with T.D.

Holding GMBH, Germany, to form a JV company focused on manufacturing, marketing, and selling sunroof control cables and helix cables for passenger vehicles in India.

ASK will hold 49% and TDH 51% in the JV.

The JV will supply OEMs, OE suppliers, and Tier-1 suppliers, with TDH providing technical know-how.

Both companies will appoint directors to the JV board, enabling strategic control and technology sharing to boost ASK’s product portfolio.
