Sayaji Industries Limited has announced a board meeting and approved the appointment of Mr. Nilesh Arvind Pandya as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Pandya is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance roles across reputed firms like Bombay Dyeing and Tata Sky.

The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Shah as Whole-time Director (Technical), and remuneration for Mr. Priyam Bipinbhai Mehta, Chairman & Managing Director, and Mr. Vishal P Mehta, Executive Director & Joint-CEO, for their respective tenures, subject to shareholder approval.
