The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation has announced a board meeting.

Mr. Murli Manohar Purohit resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and Mrs. Gandhali Upadhye has been appointed as his successor.

Mrs. Upadhye brings 25 years of experience and holds a Master’s in Law.

The Board also approved engaging MSTC Limited to provide e-auction services for monetizing certain Plantation business assets, indicating a strategic move to unlock value from these assets.
