Hiliks Technologies Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, Hiliks Greens Private Limited, focused on manufacturing and processing biofuels from natural seeds, plants, and waste.

The subsidiary, incorporated in India with an authorized capital of ₹10 lakh and paid-up capital of ₹1 lakh, has a 99% ownership by Hiliks Technologies.

This expansion into renewable energy aligns with the company’s diversification into sustainable biofuel production, potentially broadening its operational footprint and long-term growth prospects.
