Gautam Exim Limited has announced a board meeting.

The company approved the Directors' Report for the fiscal year ended and appointed Mr. Raj Kumar Agrawal as Managing Director and CFO, Mr. Parmeshwar Ojha as Whole-time Director, Mrs. Varsha Agarwal as Non-Executive Director, and Mr. Saurabh Mohnot and Mr. Ankit Kumar Vageriya as Independent Directors, all as Additional Directors until the upcoming AGM.

Resignations were accepted from Mr. Balasubramanian Raman (CFO-cum-Managing Director), Mrs. Nagalaxmi Balasubramanian Raman (Whole-time Director), Mr. Umakant Kashinath Bijapur, and Mr. Giddu Janakiram Shivkumar (both Independent Directors). The registered office will shift from Gujarat to Rajasthan.
