Gautam Exim Limited has announced a board meeting outcome including key leadership changes and office relocation.

Mr. Raj Kumar Agrawal has been appointed as Managing Director and CFO; he brings diverse experience in education and trading.

Mr. Parmeshwar Ojha joins as Whole-time Director with expertise in HR and skill development.

Mrs. Varsha Agarwal was appointed as Non-Executive Director.

Independent directors Mr. Saurabh Mohnot and Mr. Ankit Kumar Vageriya have also joined the board.

The company noted resignations of CFO-cum-Managing Director Balasubramanian Raman, Whole-time Director Nagalaxmi Balasubramanian Raman, and Independent Directors Giddu Janakiram Shivkumar and Umakant Kashinath Bijapur.

The registered office is being shifted from Gujarat to Rajasthan.
