Unison Metals has announced a board meeting to further extend the closing date of its Rights Issue to July 4, 2025, providing shareholders additional time to exercise their rights.

The issue, which opened on June 5, 2025, was previously extended to June 30, 2025. This extension revises the post-issue schedule, with allotment expected around July 14, credit by July 15, and listing by July 16. There are no changes to the offer documents except for the new closing date.

This move aims to enhance shareholder participation in the capital raising.
