High Street Filatex Limited has announced the reclassification of its erstwhile promoters, Mr. Raj Kumar Sethia and Mrs. Aishwarya Sethia, from the promoter/promoter group category to the public category following the acquisition of control by Mr. Sandeep Agrawal and Mrs. Anupriya Sandeep Agrawal.

The new promoters have acquired a combined 33.42% equity through share purchase and preferential allotment.

The former promoters confirm they no longer hold significant voting rights, control, or board representation and will comply with conditions to maintain their public shareholder status, ensuring a clear transition in the company’s promoter structure.
