Innovassynth Investments Limited has announced a board meeting to approve a scheme of merger by absorption of Innovassynth Technologies (India) Limited into itself.

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has directed convening a meeting of the Transferee Company's equity shareholders to consider and approve the merger scheme.

Some discrepancies in the NCLT order are being rectified through an application, and a corrected order will be shared soon.

This merger is a key step toward consolidating operations and unlocking potential shareholder value.
