SA Tech Software India Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company signed an agreement with Poloroche Business Avenue LLP to purchase commercial property measuring 8,575.78 sq ft for ₹15 Cr plus stamp duty.

The seller is independent, with no relation to the promoter group or key management.

This acquisition strengthens SA Tech's asset base without impacting management control or triggering related party transaction concerns.
