Innovatus Entertainment Networks Ltd has announced a certificate confirming that all security certificates received for dematerialisation during the quarter and year ended March 2025 were verified, accepted or rejected, and processed within prescribed timelines.

The share certificates were duly mutilated and cancelled, and the depositories' names were updated as registered owners.

There were no shares dematerialised during this period.

This update confirms proper maintenance and reconciliation of the company’s demat records, ensuring accuracy and transparency for shareholders.
