BPL Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company held an Extraordinary General Meeting where three special resolutions were passed: re-appointment of Mr. Ajit G Nambiar as Chairman and Managing Director with remuneration, and re-appointments of Mr. Nowroz J Cama and Dr. Chandan Juneja as independent directors for a second five-year term.

All resolutions received overwhelming shareholder approval, with over 99.9% votes in favor.
