Alexander Stamps and Coin Limited has announced a board meeting on which Mr. Smit Agrawal was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

At 21 years old, Agrawal holds a Company Secretary qualification and will handle corporate governance, SEBI and ROC compliances, FEMA reporting, and stakeholder communication.

He will also join the Audit Committee, Stakeholder Grievances Committee, and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

Agrawal is not related to any current directors or key managerial personnel and holds no shares in the company.
