StarlinePS Enterprises has announced a board meeting to re-appoint Mr. Shwetkumar Dhirajbhai Koradiya as Chairman and Managing Director for a three-year term starting July 1, 2025, subject to member approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Koradiya holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and brings over 10 years of experience in business administration and finance.

He is not related to any other directors or key personnel and is eligible to continue in his role without any regulatory restrictions.
