StarlinePS Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting to re-appoint Mr. Hardikbhai Rajubhai Patel as Whole-time Director for three years from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

Mr. Patel brings over 10 years of IT experience and holds a Bachelor of Computer Application degree.

He is not related to any other directors or key managerial personnel and is eligible to hold his office without any regulatory restrictions.

This re-appointment ensures continuity in the company’s leadership and IT expertise.
