Vijay Solvex Limited has announced a board meeting and approved the continuation of Mr. Vijay Data as Managing Director beyond the age of 70, maintaining existing terms and remuneration for the remainder of his tenure, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Data, with 45 years of experience in the oil industry and leadership roles including the presidency of the Solvent Extractors’ Association of India, plays a key role in the company’s operations.

His continuation ensures leadership stability during his current term ending September 2025.
