Vishvprabha Ventures Limited has announced a board meeting.

The Board has approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Rakhi Ashokkumar Barod as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, subject to shareholders' approval.

Mrs. Barod is a practicing advocate with expertise in criminal and civil law and serves on multiple company committees, including as Chairperson of the Right Issue Committee.

The Board also noted a penalty imposed by BSE for delayed submission of the audit qualification impact statement and emphasized stricter compliance in future filings to avoid similar issues.
