Kiran Vyapar Limited has announced a board meeting outcome appointing Mr. Lakshmi Niwas Bangur, an existing Non-Executive Promoter Director, as Managing Director with immediate effect for a term of up to three consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Bangur has been with the company since 2013 as Chairman and brings extensive experience across plantations, paper, textiles, trading, and investments.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and serves on the boards of several group companies.

His appointment marks a strategic leadership enhancement, potentially impacting the company’s growth and governance.
