Aayush Art and Bullion Limited’s promoter, Arhat Touch Private Limited, has released the pledge on 8.70 lakh equity shares, representing 6.69% of the company’s total share capital.

These shares were previously encumbered in favour of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited.

The release of this encumbrance means these shares are now free from any lien, improving share liquidity and potentially enhancing promoter confidence among investors.
