Shilpa Bhagat released a total of 79 lakh shares approximately (1.11% total), with 34 lakh shares released from Tata Capital Limited and 27 lakh shares from Aditya Birla Finance Limited.

Promoter groups linked to Karan Bhagat and Yatin Shah have certain restrictions on share transfers and pledging as per agreements but currently hold no new pledges.

Yatin Shah still has around 94 lakh shares (2.33%) pledged.

This de-leveraging by key promoters reduces their pledged exposure, which could be seen positively from an investor perspective.
