Record Date

Oriental Hotels has announced a board meeting on July 24, 2025, with July 17, 2025, fixed as the record date for entitlement to the final dividend for FY 2024-25. Shareholders holding shares in electronic or physical form by this date will be eligible for the dividend, payable on or after July 31, 2025, subject to tax deductions.

This is for the dividend approval at the upcoming AGM.
