Classic Electricals Limited has announced the proceedings of its 40th Annual General Meeting held at the registered office.

The meeting, chaired by Mr. Rajesh Hirji Shah, was attended by all directors and key committee chairpersons, along with the statutory and secretarial auditors.

Shareholders were provided electronic and ballot voting facilities for all resolutions, including adoption of financial results, re-appointment of a director, and appointment of a secretarial auditor for five years.

No queries were raised by members during the meeting, which concluded smoothly with voting extended briefly post adjournment.
