IGC Industries Limited has announced a board meeting adjournment and rescheduling due to unavoidable circumstances.

The board accepted the resignations of four directors—Salman Mahibub Sayyad, Avani Savjibhai Godhaniya, Ramesh Kumar, and Ramesh Kumar Nayanmal Saraswat—who cited better opportunities elsewhere as the reason for stepping down.

Additionally, Mr. Omprakash Pyarelal Sonar was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director effective immediately.
