Wherrelz IT Solutions has announced a change in its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Mr. Harshvardhan Barve will take over as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from July 1, 2025, bringing experience in legal and secretarial functions.

He is not related to any company director and has no regulatory disqualifications.

The outgoing Company Secretary, Mr. Sumit Patidar, resigned to pursue a career outside the organization and ceased duties on June 30, 2025. This leadership change is key for maintaining corporate governance and compliance standards.
