Vinyas Innovative Technologies has raised ₹150 crore via a preferential issue of warrants led by Singularity Ventures and other investors to strengthen working capital and expand capacity amid rising demand.

With a strong ₹1,018 crore order book, the company is well-positioned to execute growth plans.

Additionally, Vinyas earned NADCAP accreditation for Electronics-Printed Board Assemblies, boosting its aerospace and defense credentials and opening new growth avenues in high-value sectors.
