Tejas Networks has updated its authorized Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) responsible for determining materiality and making disclosures to stock exchanges.

The designated KMPs are the Executive Director & COO Arnob Roy, CFO Sumit Dhingra, and Company Secretary Anantha Murthy N, who will serve as the single point of contact for compliance communications.
