Nanavati Ventures Limited has announced the re-constitution of its Board Committees following the resignations of Mr. Hardikbhai Patel and Mrs. Bhavisha Daliya from directorship and committee roles.

Mrs. Jigishaben Vinodbhai Shah has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director.

The Audit Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, and Nomination & Remuneration Committee will now include Mr. Dhiraj Mishra as Chairperson, with Mrs. Jigishaben Shah and Mrs. Vaishnavi Patel as members.

This restructuring aims to enhance governance and oversight.
