Bafna Pharmaceuticals has completed the sale of its manufacturing unit at Madhavaram, Chennai, to Navron Pharma for Rs. 1.45 Cr.

The unit contributed minimally to revenue (0.08%) but had a net worth contribution of 1.55% as of March 31, 2025. The buyer is an independent party, and the deal is not a related party transaction.

This divestment allows Bafna to streamline operations, focusing on core assets while raising liquidity.

No operational disruption is expected given the low revenue contribution from the sold unit.
