Shalibhadra Finance Limited has announced a share acquisition by promoter Dhruvil Doshi, who bought 9,800 equity shares through the open market, increasing his holding from 0.88% to 0.92% of the total share capital.

The total equity share capital remains unchanged at 30.89 crore shares.

This incremental purchase reflects the promoter’s continued interest in consolidating their stake, which may signal confidence in the company’s prospects to shareholders.
