Avishkar Infra Realty Limited has announced a board meeting to approve increasing its stake in Shraddha Mangalsmruti LLP from 10% to 50%. The company appointed Prashil Shah, a Chartered Accountant with investment banking and valuation expertise, and Bikash Tarafdar, a finance professional with 13 years’ experience, as Additional Independent Directors.

It also proposed appointing M/s Megha Kamal Samdani as Secretarial Auditor, subject to shareholder approval.

The Board committees were reconstituted to include the new directors, strengthening governance as the company expands its investment and oversight capabilities.
